PhD and Postdoc
DAAD scholarships
The DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) offers for many decades various opportunities of learning and research in Germany to foreign scholars (www.daad.de).
We eagerly pass relevant information to young, highly qualified and motivated, foreign graduates of chemical engineering or related disciplines and support them during the application. Together with the applicant, we provide challenging topics within the scope of our research, give access to our experimental and computational facilities, and perform the complete supervision of the PhD-Thesis
In case of interest, contact Prof. Bück with the usual information (background, grade sheets, proposal idea, letter of motivation, etc.).
Alexander von Humboldt fellowship
The Alexander-von-Humboldt Foundation offers for many decades various opportunities of research in Germany to foreign scholars (www.humboldt-foundation.de), the fellowships for postdoc research being one of the most prestigious.
The Solids Processing Group encourages highly qualified postdoc researchers from abroad to apply for this programme, becoming a member of the worldwide, life-time network of excellence of the Humboldt Foundation.
We eagerly serve as a host for highly qualified fellowship candidates with interest in chemical engineering topics within the scope of our research activities.
In case of interest, contact Prof. Bück with the usual information (background, grade sheets, proposal idea, letter of motivation, etc.).
